Overview

In 2010 SC Johnson began measuring its Scope 3 emissions using the new protocol developed by the World Resources Institute and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. The new standards are part of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Initiative, a multi-stakeholder 12-year partnership to provide real-world solutions to help reduce emissions.

In this video interview recorded at NAEM’s August 2010 "Corporate GHG Strategies" conference, Frank Ericson, Director of Worldwide Safety, Health, Environment and Quality, talks about the company’s GHG management strategy and some of the challenges of measuring emissions across a global supply chain.

NAEM Introduces Excellence Awards

The National Association for Environmental Management (NAEM) will host its inaugural Excellence Awards on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the 26th Annual EHS & Sustainability Management Forum.
