Speaker Bios
Lucy Parker
Lucy Parker helps companies get to grips with their role in society. She is a strategic advisor, working with senior leadership in business, helping them communicate with the investment community and employees, and with government and education.
Lucy began her working life making documentaries on social issues at the BBC. She took her film-making skills into the business arena, helping companies to tell their story – from breweries in Russia to copper mines in Chile. She led the Prime Minister’s taskforce on Talent and Enterprise to promote the significance of skills to growth in the global economy.
Jon Miller
Jon Miller has a background in brand communications and works with companies to articulate their corporate purpose and their role in society, which forms the basis of corporate reputation programs.
Prior to joining Brunswick, Jon worked at leading creative agencies such as Mother, and Ogilvy. He held senior agency roles including International Planning Director for American Express, and Regional Planning Director for Coca-Cola across Asia. He has developed campaigns for a range of NGOs, including Greenpeace, Amnesty International, WWF and the Nike Foundation. He is the author of The Business of Brands, a best-selling business book.
At Brunswick, Jon has worked with clients such as Tesco, SABMiller, BAE Systems, South Africa’s MTN and Nigeria’s Access Bank.
