Community Partnerships for a Sustainable Future
Thursday March 6, 2014
8:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Location: Sustainability Hub at Clark University hosted by National Grid
Join us for an interactive discussion about how National Grid joined forces with Clark University, the state, and other private entities to create the Sustainability Hub, a learning center dedicated to involving the community and educating students about new technologies and innovations for a more sustainable future. Through this partnership, the Sustainability Hub can serve as a resource for the community, not only for residents and students to learn about energy management and tools, but also about overall sustainability-related education, training, and green jobs.

Once you hear about this unique partnership, including drivers and lessons learned for both organizations, then stay to catch up on the latest EHS and Sustainability trends from NAEM's recently published “Planning for a Sustainable Future” report. From organizational priorities to collaborations to solve emergent issues to supply chain transparency, NAEM will share the key trends of today and tomorrow that you need to know now NAEM has identified the trends that will shape EHS & Sustainability management in the year to come.
Be sure to also tour the Sustainability Hub so you can learn firsthand about the current technologies available to you and for your home, and how you can manage your energy and also save costs. View photos of the Sustainability Hub here.
