Washington, DC, August 17, 2016 - Today NAEM announced it is making its career benchmarking data more accessible to those corporate EHS and sustainability leaders who want to see how their salaries, skills and career ambitions compare with their peers.
Following the publication of the association's landmark research on the skills and competencies for the EHS and sustainability function, NAEM has released a series of shorter reports on each of the stages of the career.
Each profile contains detailed charts on education, certifications held, scope of individual responsibilities and a look at the skills aspiring professional should hone to get to the next level. Each report also includes salary information and advice from those who are more mature on their path. They are available for sale as stand-alone reports on www.naem.org for $149.
Executive Director Carol Singer Neuvelt said the new series is intended to help the professional community advance in their careers and provide guidance to the next generation of leaders.
"There is perhaps no career so dynamic right now as that of an EHS and Sustainability professional," she said. "We hope these new reports will shed light on the leadership skills it takes to succeed in this field and the important contribution individuals can make through their careers by cultivating those talents."
