Lee Matthews is Manager of Environmental Systems and Analysis with Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). In this role he is responsible for overseeing business reports and metric management for environmental and technology functions throughout the company.

During his tenure with TVA he has held a variety of leadership positions, where he has offered expert strategic advice for enterprise-wide projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement. His 20-year career also includes engineering and construction work for the U.S. government, and for utility companies across the globe.

He is a member of the NAEM Board of Regents, a Corporate Representative of the Electric Power Research Institute and the Board of Examiners President of the United States Quality Award. He holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and architecture, as well as a master’s degree in architecture. He is a member of the NAEM Board of Regents
