There is no getting around it - every industry, occupation, and employer is facing the challenges of an aging workforce. Yet, a recent study by McKinsey & Company suggests that the baby boomer generation will need to stay employed well past current accepted retirement age.
This webinar will explore the dynamics of an aging workforce and the role safety/ergonomics can play in maximizing the potential of your company’s most experienced employees.
Participants will gain an understanding on:
- Ergonomic issues that relate to all settings; office, laboratory, fleet, industrial, etc.
- How to help employees do their jobs better, safer and longer
- Key issues facing older workers
- How to design safety/ergonomic safeguards to reduce the potential for injury
Featuring presentations by:
