Speaker biographies:
George Arsnow
George Arsnow is Senior Project Manager with CDM Smith Inc., where he is responsible for project performance, quality assurance and the development of solutions at the program, project, and organizational levels. An experienced EHS professional with 21 years of experience, Mr. Arsnow has conducted complex negotiations to attain work product approvals and Administrative Orders, and communicates project status and direction to regulators and client management teams.
Robert Klotzchach
Robert Klotzchach is the Global Practice Leader of Decommissioning, Decontamination and Demolition for ERM. Mr. Klotzbach has more than 30 years of experience in industrial and chemical manufacturing facility decontamination and demolition, with five years of offshore oil industry experience in the US, Europe, Africa, South America and the Middle East. His emphasis over the years has been on managing and remediating facilities dealing with hazardous chemicals and substances on and offshore. The majority of work has been performed in the industrial chemical processing industry, high technology industry, power sector and the oil industry. Mr. Klotzbach supports the development, design, bidding and technical management of environmental-related remediation and demolition, dredging and platform installation and removal projects.

NAEM Updates
The National Association for Environmental Management (NAEM) will host its inaugural Excellence Awards on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the 26th Annual EHS & Sustainability Management Forum. During this award program's first year, NAEM will be presenting a Lifetime Achievement Award and six NexGen Leader Awards, thanks to supporting sponsorship by AECOM.
