Speaker biographies:

Jim Dray

Jim Dray is responsible for strategic use of technology in AECOM's Environment Business Line. This includes support for innovations, identifying and communicating best technical practices, sharing knowledge across the enterprise, working with specific client teams using leading edge approaches, and acting as a champion for all types of technical excellence that make a difference to the quality of AECOM's services.

Previously, Mr. Dray was based in London as the director of AECOM's work for the Oil & Gas Sector in Europe and Central Asia. His work has included setup and management of large programs in challenging locations such as Kazakhstan and Iraq. The technical content of these programs has included, among others, environmental baselines, health and safety training and management, permitting, impact analysis, waste management, and knowledge transfer to local staff.

Mr. Dray has been a leader in AECOM's external practices in management consulting and information systems, and continues to advise clients and AECOM on how to use information technology to achieve fundamentally more effective businesses and projects. He has worked with many leading companies to improve business processes in areas that include knowledge and document management, project management, management systems, and financial management.

Mr. Dray holds an MBA from Harvard University, and a BA in Cognitive Psychology from Wesleyan University.

Renata Neeser

Renata Neeser is an associate in the International Labor and Employment Practice within White & Case’s Executive Compensation, Benefits and Employment Law practice. White & Case's global team of employment lawyers are a regular Bloomberg BNA content provider. They regularly offer and participate in Bloomberg BNA webinars and publish articles with Bloomberg BNA. Mrs. Neeser concentrates on counseling multinational employers on cross-border human resources law issues affecting multiple countries and jurisdictions. Mrs. Neeser assists multinational clients on cross-border solutions to specific international employment law issues such as: Restructuring and lay-offs for post-M&A transactions, Outsourcing, Independent contractors vs. employees, Use of fixed-term employment agreements, Local applicability of global policies and nternational coordination of all employment aspects of multinational M&A transactions.

Mark Stoler

Mark Stoler is Director, EHS Management for AECOM Environment. In April 2012 he retired from General Electric where he had been Director, EHS Operations since 1999. In that role he was responsible for developing and managing GE's global EHS program and for building a global team with particular emphasis on Asia and Latin America. He was also part of the development team for GE's ecomagination initiative.

Prior to joining GE, Mark worked for 17 years at W.R. Grace in a variety of roles including Chief EHS Counsel and Director of Remediation and EHS.

Currently he is also a member of the Advisory Board of Gensuite LLC.
