How do you find and retain quality employees around the globe?
Since 95 percent of the world's population lives outside of the United States, it should be easy to keep your international operations well-staffed, right? Unfortunately, besides just finding good people, there are a myriad of issues related to compensation, retention, local regulations and unwritten customs that can get in the way of your facility running smoothly.
Join our program to hear two expert speakers discuss these topics:
- International hiring, conditions of employment and dismissal
- Exporting your corporate culture
- Local unions and work councils
- Expatriate agreements
- International employment disputes
- Varying labor standards
Whether you are in EHS, human resources, operations or any other function, this program will feature information vital to your company's ability to do business.
Bring your questions for our expert speakers:
- Jim Dray, Environment Chief Technology Officer; AECOM
