The search for a viable funding source can be daunting. There are federal, state, local and foundation grants that come in all shapes and sizes, and most importantly, with all sorts of strings attached. The question, “where do I begin?” is not uncommon.
The first step in finding, winning and managing grant funds is having a clearly defined project. Beginning your search with a clear project scope will focus your search for the right grant.
During the past five years, E2 ManageTech has helped a variety of public and private sector clients find, win and manage more than $10 million in grant funds.
Join us on April 16 as we dive into the strategies they’ve deployed to support clients in successfully securing funding for their projects. This webinar is designed to help organizations understand the three key areas of effective grant applications which are: opportunity evaluation, positioning and politics and understanding agency drivers. The attendees will learn successful grant processes and procedures gleaned from experiences working with applicants seeking funding from federal, state and regional agencies.
