You will come away from this webinar archive with a clearer picture of how to organize your company's activities into the reporting sections necessary on Form SD, as well as how best to communicate your actions and conclusions to meet the various assessments that will be applied to your public disclosure.

This webinar archive will benefit legal counsel, compliance and regulatory personnel, and C-suite executives who will be responsible for drafting and approving the content of Form SD, or who will be responding to inquiries regarding your company's conflict minerals disclosure.
