Selecting which metrics to evaluate for your organization can be challenging. As seen in recent polls conducted by NAEM, companies are searching for metrics that tell a story of overall EHS performance.
It is not a perfect science; however, there are some key metrics that can get you started and long term metrics to work towards. Once metrics are collected, you can use the information to give clear visibility of overall performance and benchmark against peers and best practices.
Attend this webinar to get answers these questions:
- How can I identify the best metrics to monitor performance, identify risks, and communicate to the company and/or board of directors about our performance?
- How do I weed through all this data to learn something meaningful?
- What are other companies doing – what is working well for them that I can learn from?
